Who Says Elephants Can't Dance

I'm only a few chapters in, but so far it's well-written and insightful. Helps better understand just how crucial good management and culture is to a business.

I just read it. It gets better and the last few chapters (Part 4 - Lessons Learned) are worth a re-read. He sounds eerily like Buffett in those chapters and it is clear Lou is influenced by Buffett.
