CFA Valuation Conference, New York - Nov 29 - 30

Is anyone attending this?  If so, maybe we can meet up for dinner/drinks after the event on the 29th.

I was invited to the one on Dec 13th Joseph Calandro. I will be attending that one. My friend Jeff Townson is giving one on Nov 15th but cant make it.

You have to pay to attend. Info is at the CFA Insitute web site.  If you are not going to attend but be in the area, we can still meet at place close to the conference (NY Marriot Downtown).

Im in downtown pretty frequently if any1 wants to meet up. Event is like $100 (depends on whether your a member etc)

I think since it is a national conference it is closer to $1000 but check the CFA site for details.  However, the night after the first day (Nov 29) is when I thought we could meet.  Does anyone know of good place to meet in the area of the conference (NY Marriot Downtown)?  Thx.

We'll be attending.  Tied up  on Nov 30,  but the 29th looks good.  Let us know where and when.  :)

It looks like the conference will be done after the 5:40 reception, so we can meet at 6:30 - 7:00 on Tuesday at a location near the NY Downtown Marriot.  I am not familiar with NYC.  Does anyone have any suggestions?   If no one has any suggestions, I can ask some of our NYC analysts for suggestions on Monday and let folks know on Monday.  Thx.

If You want to meet for dinner we will meet at the Downtown NY Marriot at 630 PM.  Let me know if you plan on attending so we don't leave you at the hotel.
