Hey guys just wanted to highlight that Gamenet is planning to list in Q4 and, given that Intralot holds 20% of the company, this could create a catalyst for the stock. By my count, very much back of the envelope, Gamenet does 80mln of ebitda which at 6x minus the debt (178mln) implies around 60mln for Intralot in terms of the value of the stake. I have no idea how much gamenet contributes to the bottomline (so it's very difficult to do a dilution analysis if they decide to sell the stake and payback debt/ do buybacks) but I would consider this as a positive for the story.

Minimum float of 46% up to 65%. Article mentions valuation of 630 - 770 million EUR, which would be very attractive. That would result in >100 million EUR for Intralot's stake.

If only they would keep at it and not buy them back because the stock otherwise becomes a penny stock...

I hear you tombgrt!

The weird thing is they have bought more than they have sold over the last month.   See attached.   What do you suppose is going on here?

A glitch in South Carolina's lottery led to lots of erroneous winners.  The New York Times reports that it'll cost close to $20 million if they decide to pay out.

In the last rally till 1.50 I sold another 50% (vs original position) between 1.25-1.45. I only remain a 10% token position. If they get revaluated/bought out now, so be it. Spreads are really wide, otherwise I would have bought some again maybe to trade around. Not interested now.
