Corruption in Washington, DC
« on: April 13, 2019, 07:49:05 AM »
For the last couple of years, one of the only organizations in uncovering what really has been happening in Washington is Judicial Watch.
Judicial Watch lawsuits, on behalf of the public - seek to review original documents and correspondence hidden from the American Public.

Those interested in the truth, like so many smart analysts on CoBF, should be interested.  It's pretty clear that the Fake News Media will
never give you the truth, since MSM political agendas preclude them for searching out the truth.

For a coming preview of what you might see in the next few months, when the shit hits the fan - change your sources of information
from the Fake News to organizations like Judicial Watch, The Hill and The National Review:

More on how you root out corruption when your government refuses to police itself.
Organizations like this take the place of what an independent media should be doing:

Everyone, including Trump supporters, can see plainly that this is just Trump's way of obfuscating the fact that 35+ associates of his were indicted and charged..."I'm innocent, and now let's investigate the investigators, even though half of my cronies, including my lawyers and campaign leader, are now sitting in jail.  It was a coup I tell you...I coup!"  Rubbish!

And as for fake news, it's funny how you guys throw this "fake news" crap around the liberal outlets, when Ailes and Fox were the first of its kind and started all of the "fake" or opinion news.  Cheers!

Yea, that whole "Russia & Trump threw the election against Hillary story" really gained CNN and MSNBC lots of journalistic integrity now didn't it?

Keep using the "Most Trusted Name in News" , CNN, and MSNBC's Rachel Maddow for her wall-to-wall coverage on "The Russia Conspiracy".

After all, a broken clock is right twice a day - so eventually the Fake News will get something right.

I think the national review is a reasonable right wing site, the others less so but you probably feel the same way about my dailykos habit. The danger is that you only read conservative news and I only read liberal sites and then everyone gets together and wonders why the other side is so stupid that they don't know the "facts" that we read 100 times.

I'm not at all familiar with Dailykos - so thanks.

But your point is well taken - to be open minded enough to read the left and right opinions/sites.

I've always considered The Hill as non-partisan, where both sides can battle it out.

And I'm suggesting Judicial Watch given their reliance on suing the government using the Freedom-of-Information acts and obtaining
original documents from government agencies/actors, which can help you come to your own conclusions without the "media spin".

While I believe the echo chamber is an accurate representation of Cubsfan's mind, you have to admit The Last Jedi kind of sucked!  Much happier JJ is back as director.  Cheers!

I thoroughly enjoyed the Last Jedi despite some faults. I liked how Hamilton played Skywalker as well as the iconic finale and other memorable scenes like the echo chamber mentioned above. but then gain, I am a sucker for Epics and even liked “Cloud Atlas”, which I think had more faults than the last Jedi.
