Just keeps getting worse for the DOJ and FBI:

https://www.judicialwatch.org/press-releases/judicial-watch-records-show-doj-effort-to-craft-response-to-reports-on-rosenstein-wearing-wire-invoking-25th-amendment/

Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) documents obtained, via lawsuit, show DOJ/FBI executives discussing coverup of proposed meeting with
DOJ officials and President Trump. Rod Rosenstein discussed wearing a wire and secretly record conversations with President Trump for the purpose
of acting on the 25th Amendment whereby President Trump could be forcibly removed from office. When the "rumor" leaked, DOJ officials conference
and plan their spin/denial in order to stonewall the press.

You didn't actually read the emails... Why do you have to lie?

Trump tried to work with media to cover-up of his son's acceptance of the Russian government's offer to interefere illegally. That is incontrovertible.

These emails are a joke. Next you'll tell me Flynn's lawyers exposed a cover-up in court.

Can you screenshot what you think is the worst email? We are actually taking the opposite views for once. You'd assume I'd be on board with saying Trump's DOJ is protecting officials but these are all very normal emails. It takes 2 minutes to read them all.

Ok Schwab - you win this round.  Congrats.

This is the most damning from DOJ employee, Flores:

On Sep 20, 2018, at 10:44 PM, Flores, Sarah Isgur (OPA) <Sarah.lsgur.Flores@usdoj.gov> wrote:

Annie: Boss calling Don re the below--if you think appropriate, share with Don.

Bill: we've sent a response from the DAG that's below and had someone in the room dispute the "wire" part noting the dag was being sarcastic.
The New York Times's story is inaccurate and factually incorrect. I will not further comment on a story based on anonymous sources who are obviously biased against the Department and a re a dvancing their own personal agenda. But let me be clear about this: based on my personal dealings with the President, there is no basis to invoke the 25th Amendment.

Why even be willing to "suggest" that the Deputy Attorney General was being "sarcastic" about wearing a wire with the President?
Why even go there if there was not such a conversation?

I'll give you this one brother Schwab. But when they start squeezing the players with indictments, perhaps someone will squeal and
tell us how the entire conversation went. Then we will know the truth.

They didn't deny he said it, they denied the intention?

Which in all sense of being reasonable, is a textbook bullshit spin when you're caught red handed. Pivot the argument to something that can't be proven.

https://www.businessinsider.com/house-intelligence-committee-subpoena-whistleblower-complaint-trump-2019-9

Quote
California Rep. Adam Schiff, the chairman of the committee, subpoenaed the acting Director of National Intelligence (DNI), Joseph Maguire, to turn over the complaint on Friday evening.

"A month ago, a whistleblower within the intelligence community lawfully filed a complaint regarding a serious or flagrant problem, abuse, violation of law, or deficiency within the responsibility or authority of the Director of National Intelligence," Schiff said in a statement. The Intelligence Community Inspector General (IC IG) determined that the complaint was credible and a matter of "urgent concern."

Schiff said the acting DNI was required by law to turn over the complaint to congressional intelligence committees more than ten days ago but refuses to do so.

Federal law "does not provide you discretion to review, appeal, reverse, or countermand in any way the IC IG's independent determination, let alone to involve another entity within the Executive Branch in the handling of a whistleblower complaint," Schiff wrote to Maguire in a letter accompanying the subpoena.

Another of Trump's lackeys obstructing justice and refusing to comply with federal law.

This President literally thinks he is above the law, instructs his incompetent lackeys to ignore federal law on his behalf, and you get upset over noise complaints. Donít be such a Karen!
