The Ivey events have been postponed.

Norm,

If only Fairfax was as proactive as you regarding this situation we would all be better off. Thank-you for your efforts!

Prem....stop hiding and provide an update on the annual meeting. You know you have to cancel the RTH festivities. Just do it!

Thanks,

BP6

An announcement from FFH will be released shortly.

Norman, thank you for maintaining this page for us this year. This was the right decision and the fact that Canada just closed it's borders to non-Canadians just confirms that our forecasts were right.

Also, thank you to JEast for all the work he put in to the YYX event this year. James has made improvements each year.

Thank you to Ranger for all the behind the scenes work he put in to the Ben Graham Dinner. Ranger volunteered to do 100% of the behind the scenes organization for the dinner this year even though he had a conflict and could not attend the dinner.

Francis Chou had already started working on wrangling some speakers for the week. I am confident it was going to be an amazing lineup, and just adds to the loss.

Sanjeev and his team put a lot of work in to the Fairfax Shareholder dinner only to have to make the decision to cancel.

Also, our organizers make an upfront financial commitment and then take the risk of dealing with a mess like this.

All of them deserve our continuing thanks for their annual efforts to make this such a great week.

Keep safe every one.

Yes, huge shout out to all the guys making Fairfax Lollapalooza happen.  It's an amazing event.  Is there a way to help reimburse the cancellation cost for the event?  I'll chip in some beer money.  From my experience planning events, it requires a tremendous amount of brain damage and not a ton of rewards.

BG, some costs I think were refunded. I think everyone is going to work out ok with Sanjeev being the last to be in an uncertain position. Does this qualify under an act of god clause?

Thank you everyone for your time and effort. This is unfortunate but there are things we don't control. Let's focus on what we can control. That is stay safe and healthy.
