EVI and IDW conjure up images of a pyromaniac walking into a crowded theater

Looks like ADW started selling EVI and PAR in Q4:

Also interesting that the other position disclosed is FB.  Not something I would have expected in ADW's portfolio given what I understand they've held in the past.

EVI is getting killed today on what appears to be no news. Maybe a forced seller?

looks like both ADW and Greenhaven Road sold out of their entire positions in this... interesting. Is the investment thesis broken in the current environment? / too much risk?

Wouldn't most of their customers be in hospitality and leisure businesses?  Could be a difficult operating environment.

Of their products sold business, they have lots in government, healthcare services, etc. Hospitality should be less than a quarter of the products rev.

I still don't see why anyone would pay anywhere near the current price for this.  The press release is absurdly promotional - record gross profits.

After doing four acquisitions in 12 months, you'd kind of hope that at a minimum, they'd have "record" gross profits.

And what do you know, they also have a new "record" share count:  Treasury stock, 95,396 shares, at cost, at June 30, 2020 and 72,934 shares, at cost, at June 30, 2019
