WCS.A - Wescast Industries

I recall that someone was involved with this company way back when it was sub $1.

A Chinese company is now trying to buy them out for $11 or below book, but their loan with China Development Bank seems to be hitting some potholes. They now say it should be resolved early next week. All other approvals are made. I would imagine that trading tomorrow will be down and could offer a nice arbitrage opportunity. 10% for a few days is a lot. What do you guys think?

It might, just keep in mind that the last attempt fell through.

I spent some time on this. I can't value this company. Why take the risk?
