The Presidential Medal of Freedom is awarded to one of the most divisive political personalities in America, Rush Limbaugh.

I think this is how Pelosi will be remembered for eternity.

Her time came & went a long time ago.  She is caved in to the radical wing of her party.  She tried to undo an election.  She is going to preside over the collapse of her party.

Here is what is really so crazy & pathetic though...

Trump says & does a lot of "questionable" stuff.  A competent politician and party should have been able to out maneuver Trump.  A competent politician and party should have been able to put together a compelling choice & plan to President Trump.  They didn't.  A competent competing political party should have been able to calm things down, bring the country together...the Dems didn't, they doubled, triple, quadrupled down on hate & division.  They have missed their chance, so sad.

Well Obama got the Nobel Peace prize the same year he became president (seriously, what did he accomplish in a few months to deserve it?). He's one of the most divisive presidents we've ever had. His policies led to Trump. Don't think I'm an Obama hater. I voted for him in 2008.

He dropped dropped a lot of bombs. Let's not forget his wife recently getting a Grammy....for reading her husbands books....

@Ericopoly, I do find it ridiculous that RL got that award.

Awards don't mean anything anymore. Didn't Greta Thunberg get nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize?

The most disgusting and unacceptable part from last night was Pelosi and her radicals in white refusing to applause regular Americans doing their day job or ICE government employees. I hope that this won't get lost.

Moreover, that complete lack of respect demonstrated with them gesturing with what appeared like Hitler salute should not be forgotten either.

Parsad can say all he wants but, NEVER has an opposing party demonstrated so little respect for a duly elected official and party in the U.S. They are truly radicals and closing in by the day on Nazis trying to overtake the Reichstagg.

Don't worry about Greta, she doesn't have the bodycount to get the Nobel Peace Prize.  Obama slaughtered 10s of thousands of people, I don't think she's killed anyone.  Based on Obama's example Trump deserves the Nobel Peace Prize way more.  Just like Obama, he campaigned on peace then became mass-murdering war criminal.  It's just insane that he hasn't been nominated yet.

I don't listen to Limbaugh but I don't see why he is any less ugh..."deserving" than say Tom Hanks, Meryl Streep, etc. Look at the list of the folks Obama gave it to. It's really quite disgusting. A ton of celebrities (only 1 in the military and 4 in medicine, none for history, 1 for education). He even had 2 in dance. Seriously????

Speaking of Streep:

This Republican party cannot accept responsibility for what it is doing.  When called out, someone just cites a Democrat previously doing something that you admit you hate, and then uses it to justify what the Republicans are doing today.  Since your party is now doing it, stop faulting whichever party you claimed did it before.  If you didn't like it, don't repeat it.

You need a leader, not these excuse makers who just act like children saying "well little Johnny did it and he got away with it"..  When the country is deeply divided, it is the President's job to unite it.  Last night this President used the night historically set aside for that purpose as a campaign rally and calls the other side of the country "socialists", which to me looks like he is not taking his job of uniting the country seriously.

How do you unite with a party that has been demanding your impeachment since before you were sworn into office?

The Democratic Party has been committed to impeaching Trump before he did a darn thing.

Why????

I'll tell you why - because they will NOT admit the failings of their own party. They will NOT accept responsibility for losing the election.
The easy way out for the Democratic Party was to say - Trump and the Russians stole the election, therefore he is an illegitimate President.

You don't unite with a party of liars and frauds and no accountability.

Until the Democratic Party fixes ITSELF for the good of the Party AND the country - there will be nothing but divisiveness.
