Trump Impeachment
« on: December 19, 2019, 02:42:07 AM »
I don't want to get into the debatable nature of Trump's impeachment, but I highly found amusing his rally rant yesterday when he was blaming the Democrats continually and then suddenly veered and said "By the way, it doesn't really feel like we're even being impeached!"  Cheers!

Honestly, I love it. Trump has single handedly done more to disrupt the corrupt system than probably any person in my lifetime. There were people who not long ago disputed the claim that he was a political genius and king of playing puppet master. However after this, there is no question as he has singlehandedly just destroyed the Democratic Party.

Sure, he also highlighted many flaws with Republicans along the way; none larger than how they all hated him, and then within a year or two become his servants once they saw what the Trump train meant for their careers. But with the Democrats...look at how bad he's made them look?

-Fat Jerry Nadler spends two years foaming at the mouth on TV talking about how he wants to impeach Trump...then sits in his chair and tells people with a straight face that he does want to do this!

-Nancy Pelosi is openly instructing her party to lie and pretend they take no joy in impeachment

-Nancy Pelosi is on record numerous times saying she is against impeachment and that it should be a bi partisan effort...and then rams through an impeachment process which is entirely! partisan, except for 3 Democrats. Not to mention public support at an all time low as well.

-The entire Democrat house, claims to be acting independently and in line with their constituents, then votes exactly as Nancy tells them.

-Chuck Schumer endorses a secretly conducted, half assed, completely manipulated and one sided impeachment investigation in the House, and the asks for a "FAIR" trial in the Senate

-Adam Schiff denying involvement with the whisteblower, then it comes out he coached the whistleblower, then later he says he made a mistake, and then later denies even knowing the whistleblower! We dont even need to get into his constant barrage of "smoking guns" that never turned up, along with Russia collusion.

-The Democrats took control of the House running on "impeach Trump". Then after gaining office, claimed that wasn't their goal. Then almost immediately started pushing impeachment...with...

-ever changing narratives about Russian collision, being in peoples pockets, and all sorts of charges. Bribery, Extortion...and then ultimately settle on???? Obstruction of Congress and abuse of power??? LOL

You couldn't orchestrate a better take down and display of wizardry with regards to embarrassing your political opponent and making them do crazy things. You couldn't ask people to inflict more damage than Trump has gotten the Democrats to do to themselves...it is like he has them hypnotized. They've already lost a lot of moderates, and you're seeing the staples of the base now leave as well and it will only get worse. We've already seen the Jews abandoning the party, as well as a shift amongst African Americans. So yea, this is great!

Couldn't agree more - he's fixing the Republican Party as well - but all in all, dishonest Washington is getting exactly what they deserve.
He's a genius and the people know it - now that he has exposed the DC Swamp forever.

Impeachment to me (at this point in time) is a nothingburger (we all know what happened). Predictable what the House did. Also predictable what the Senate will do. It will be very interesting to see how the next act in this drama plays out (the next act being the election in 2020). And it is way too early to call right now (although if i had to put money on it my guess is Trump wins). The key will be what happens in the 7 or 8 swing states.

Will the Democrats keep control of the House? Will the Republicans keep control of the Senate?

How likely is this scenario: Trump wins Presidency and Dems control the House and the Senate.

If the Democrats win the Senate and the House - it will mean that the Democrats and Media have won for good.
This country will move from a center/right country to the hard left - and that will be a shame.

I do not believe that will happen - after all the dishonesty playing out for the last 3 years.
The media and the left thinks the American public is stupid and can be bamboozled.

We will see.

All this means is 4 more years and many here will be crying.

And even if he doesn`t win, the same ones will be crying also. That is if they are investors at all vs trolls on an investment board.

Trump fighting corruption is like Tony Soprano claiming to run a trash business. Between planning Trump towers in Moscow,  porches  creating a “farm” on golf courses, and $50M transactions from letterbox LLC in Chicago and no tax returns... Trump is many things, but he is not clean.

As for impeachment, I don’t think it will decide the election either way.

Trump win or lose, the stock market will open and money can be made either way. Politics will have very little to do with the results, especially in the US.
