There we are, interest rates cut to zero. That went fast.

When things actually get bad in the economy what will they do next to stimulate?

Futures down ~3%. I am impressed. Could easily end up being an other limit down day.

1. Slash taxes to 0
If things get worse.
2. They'll pay us taxes

https://www.cnbc.com/2020/03/15/jpmorgan-bank-of-america-citigroup-suspend-stock-buybacks-due-to-pandemic.html

What's the point of those buybacks that were at double the price for all those years if in a situation like this they're doing to fumble. I'm so so disappointed. Expected better from Jamie and Brian. Buffett must be pissed too.

Bad optics if you're not lending in a crisis and repurchasing stock hand over fist.
I think it's the responsible thing to do. They're repaying for the bailout of 2008 and doing their duties by lending.
