If money/cost was not a barrier, which existing investing tools or data sources would you want to have and why?

I'm particularly interested to hear about examples that everyday investors don't have access to.

Can you give some examples? It's not clear what you're asking.

Why buy when you can get it free from libraries:  ValueLine, Morningstar, Barrons, WSJ, FT, NYT, WashingtonPost & USAToday
Visit university with free Bloomberg,FactSet,Capital IQ & Thomson Reuters
Also read 10K & 10Q from sec.gov for free

I don't believe in information edge.

I really like TIKR. I suppose some of you got the beta invite as well. For me, it beats atom.finance and koyfin because TIKR supports foreign stocks, while the other ones donít (at least not yet). All free so far, but I suspect they will offer a premium Tier.

Charts, fundamental tables, valuation metrics, news, filings, CC transcripts all in one place.

I got an PM and email. You may get it by sending an email to them:

Anyone have a service for SEC filing alerts they recommend?
Nothing in this world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent

You can use a RSS reader which Edgar still supports. I use feedly.
